The service

Cadalio is provided by the operator to be configured, address pending configuration. The service helps you create, manage, schedule, publish, and analyze content through supported official platform APIs.

Your account

Provide accurate registration details, keep your password secure, and use only accounts you own or have authority to manage. You are responsible for your content and for actions authorized by your workspace members. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with platform age and account requirements.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, fraud, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access, or activity that violates the connected platforms’ terms. Do not attempt to bypass account limits, permission controls, rate limits, or API restrictions. We may suspend access to protect users, platforms, and the service.

Your content and platform permissions

You retain your rights to content you upload. You grant the operator permission to store, process, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service and follow your instructions. You are responsible for securing any required music, image, video, trademark, and other rights. By using YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Publishing and availability

Publishing depends on provider availability, quotas, permissions, account eligibility, app approval, media processing, and your configuration. Scheduled times are intended dispatch times; processing or outages can delay publication. We report provider outcomes and retry eligible transient failures, but cannot guarantee a particular publication time, reach, engagement, or platform acceptance.

Plans and payment

Free and paid plans have the limits shown at signup and in Billing. A scheduled destination counts separately for each account. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled under the terms displayed at checkout. Prices are in euros; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Stripe securely handles checkout and billing. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in the billing portal.

Changes, cancellation, and termination

Plan changes and cancellation take effect as shown in the billing portal. Loss of paid access may restrict new actions while preserving access to your existing account data. The operator must publish its refund policy and applicable statutory withdrawal rights before accepting payments. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains data processing and your controls. Disconnecting an account removes local authorization but does not remove previously published content from social networks. Account deletion is available in Settings, subject to completing billing cancellation and any active publishing operations.

Liability and disputes

The operator must complete the governing law, dispute-resolution process, and any lawful liability limitations appropriate to its business and customers before launch. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
